Logline 

Bear on Ice shows a summer day in the life of Pippa. She lives with her single father in a poorer suburb of the city. Pippa listens to the police call every day to pick up a scent of her missing dog Pepper. She is sure that Pepper has fallen victim to a crime. Armed with a big dose of courage, stubbornness and a stack of missing persons reports, she sets out to rescue her beloved dog.
Thus begins an absurd search in which Pippa encounters the quirky residents of the neighborhood.
